Oil Stamp

As a
kid, I was fascinated by geography and history and especially
by Middle Eastern and Islamic nations. I remember I first heard
about Azerbaijan when I was about 10 years old. I bought some
stamps with oil wells on them and found them so beautiful.
I've read whatever I can about the Azerbaijani people and I have
several CDs of Azerbaijan music. I would love to go there someday.
I don't know why I'm fascinated about this country and its people,
but I hope that soon they become prosperous and peaceful and
shine among nations. You and I know about the great Azerbaijani
people. Whenever I bring up the subject of Azerbaijan, everyone
asks: "Where is that?" So I don't try to teach them
any more. I just teach myself. I would love to buy stamps, coins,
paper money and anything to do with that small, but destined-to-be-great
nation.
