Research Fellowships Norwegian Nobel Institute US/West European Relations with the Soviet Union/Russia from the Late 1970s to the Present. The Norwegian Nobel Institute runs a small research program on issues related to peace and war. This program is accepting applications from scholars for a limited number of guest researcher fellowships. Scholars of any nationality in history, political science, or international law are invited to apply. Application deadline February 1, 2001 Available fellowship types 1.
