2001 Muskie / FSA Graduate Fellowship ProgramThe American Councils for International Education announce the opening of the Edmund S. Muskie/Freedom Support Act Graduate Fellowship Program, funded by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the US Department of State, which offers professionals the opportunity to study for one to two years in the United States at the graduate level in one of the following areas of study:

- Public Administration
- Economics
- Public Health
- Library Science
- Journalism & Mass Communication
- Environmental Management
- Education Law
- Public Policy
