Victory in Berlin

 This print commemorates the end of World War II in Berlin (May 9, 1945). Note that the names of soldiers are listed including Azerbaijanis who personally were involved in the capture of the city of Berlin. The graphics include names such as: Ivanov, Petrov, Suramoshvili, Naizov, Imanov, Ali Aliyev, Grisha, Baghirov, Rahim Mamedov, Rezagulizade, Mamedov, Yusif, Gafar, Usachev. From Ganja, Gara Ali, Aydin Mamadov, Ogtay Salamov, Yashar, Sarkisiyan, Akopian. The name Rezagulizade is carved in Arabic script.  Also listed is Ramiz Rezaguiliyev, Alakbar's younger brother, who was killed in the war in 1941.
