   This
      mansion was built in 1895 by Zeitz, a manufacturer. This building
      is not mentioned in "Ali & Nino" but was obviously
      a familiar site in this section of town. 
 Shamsi Asadullayev owned this building that was erected in 1896
      under the direction of architect V. Edel.
 The house itself is not mentioned in "Ali & Nino"
      but Asadullayev's sons did attend the special meeting that was
      held at Ali's home where the oil millionaires brooded about the
