Rowley has replaced Christine Ferguson as Head of Representation
in the Baku office of Baker Botts. Rowley is qualified in England,
Wales and New Zealand. Before joining Baker Botts, he worked
at Bell Gully in Wellington, New Zealand, and with the energy
group of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London. He has also
spent time working in-house with Shell International, where he
advised on various gas storage, transportation and distribution
projects.
