Austrian
Airlines
  In August
2003, Austrian Airlines launched a new service between Vienna
and Baku. Konstantin Balassopulos is the Country Manager
in Azerbaijan.
During the past 14 Years, Balassopulos has been working in that
same capacity for Austrian Airlines in Italy, Bulgaria, FYROM
(Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia), Ukraine, Moldova and
Iran. Balassopulos is married and has one child.
Austrian Airlines offers regular scheduled flights from Vienna
to all three countries in the Caucasus-Azerbaijan, Georgia and
Armenia. There are three weekly flights Vienna-Baku-Vienna on
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
A fourth flight will be added on Sundays, starting November 1st.
Austrian serves 110 destinations in 64 countries. Of these, 34
destinations are located in Central and Eastern Europe.
