International Company (CCIC) is constructing the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan
pipeline as the project operator for BP. The CCIC Senior Manager
for Azerbaijan is Juan Boulos. CCIC is the largest engineering,
procurement and construction company in the Middle East and one
of the largest in the world. The company specializes in civil
projects, bridges, roads, buildings, mechanical process, onshore
oil and gas facilities, onshore pipelines, offshore oil and gas
