Oil Odyssey 2002

Above: Dancers from Baku's Rashid Behbudov Theater joined the Oil Odyssey last year and performed at various towns and villages along the proposed 1,000-mile Baku-Ceyhan pipeline route.

For the third year in a row, a group of motorcycle riders and their passengers will travel along the proposed Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline route. The pipeline project is already in its Detailed Engineering phase. Tentative plans for Oil Odyssey 2002 include a September 4 departure date and an added trip through Greece.
